BREATHING TO NEW BLUE SUN
MEDITATION FOR THE MOUFS OF DA SOUF
Inhale, exhale. Easy enough right?
According to the American Lung Association, we breathe about 17,000 times a day. Majority of those breaths come and go, and not a single thought passes through our brains about them. Breathing is a part of a complex system, that is constantly working for us, and with us, to keep us alive. There is so much power in breathing.
So what if we channeled that breathing to further understand the uniqueness of our body, and the person that inhabits it? What if we used breathing to tap into our high energy?
Well first that would require us to understand what high energy is. We over at Da Souf believe high energy is when you are able to operate at a higher frequency, and also have the knowledge and ability to navigate back to a higher frequency when faced with adversity. Your highest is when you feel your best, and even when you are at your lowest you can recognize the difference, and make the changes you see fit. As the year comes to an end and we prepare for the next one, We’re gonna need a soundtrack to help us tighten up our routines and tap into our high energy. Imagine what it will look like to achieve the goals that you spend your days so passionately putting your energy toward. If you aren’t working on your goals, imagine what you think it would look like to work on them. And if you don’t know that’s okay, release your control and allow your mind to float away to a random place. Here are a few poses to get you in the zone.
